Following the Land Bank update, Solicitor Falco Muscante presented two resolutions. Council adopted Resolution No. 1 (11/19/24) and Resolution No. 2 (11/19/24) approving the acquisition of two parcels (Parcel Nos. 558-H-055 and 558-H-049) to Harold Case through the Vacant Property Recovery Program; both motions passed Yes 6 No 0 Absent 1.
