Council advances five zoning and administrative ordinances on first reading

Ordinance 329 (Site Plan Review), 330 (Board of Zoning Appeals), 331 (Conditional Use Standards), 332 (Administrative Enforcement), and 333 (Permit Fee Schedule) each received a motion and second and were advanced as first readings. Councilmember Seams and others repeatedly noted Finance Committee review for fee- and enforcement-related items.
Council members recorded no substantive public testimony on the ordinances during the meeting. Councilmember Seams explicitly stated the Finance Committee had reviewed the Administrative Enforcement fee schedule (Ordinance 332) and the Permit Fee Schedule (Ordinance 333). The first-reading approvals mean each ordinance will return for subsequent readings as required by local procedural rules.
