Councilmembers reported that the Town Hall interior renovation is primarily finished but still awaiting bathroom approval and completion of a kitchenette installation. Vice Mayor Marion Chateau-Flagg and Councilmember Kathleen Hoock said there was a consensus to place the sink on the same wall as the ovens so the designed countertop would fit; Vice Mayor Chateau-Flagg said the mayor had told her locating the sink on an outside wall would be less expensive.
No final approvals were taken at the Feb. 12 meeting because of the lack of a quorum; the matter remains on the unfinished-business list for the March meeting if needed.
