The clerk was authorized to contact PBSO to begin the sign process and, once approved, to contact Kau—fs to purchase and install the signs; Town Attorney William P. Doney advised formal ratification be placed on the March agenda because there was no quorum. Councilmember Kathleen Hoock volunteered to serve as the After-Hours Contact and Vice Mayor Marion Chateau-Flagg as an Additional Contact for complaints that arise after hours.
