Commissioners approve two plats clearing property lines and correcting street names

County planning staff described two routine plat actions before the court. For the Hogan 281 matter staff said owners pursued an administrative cleanup and a dual-plat process because parcels crossed city and county jurisdictional lines; the city had already signed off and staff recommended approval. Commissioner Hogg moved, Commissioner Leacock seconded, and the court approved the final plat and authorized the county judge to sign.
Separately, staff presented an amending plat for Flying W Unit 1 to correct an easement the developer did not want and to fix street-naming/addressing issues for Lot 907. Staff recommended approval, Commissioner Crownover moved with a second by Commissioner Webb, and the court carried the motion.
Both items were approved by voice/hand-raise; the county judge confirmed motions and authorized signatures where appropriate.
