The Jefferson County Board of Education recognized a new business partnership between Blue Ridge Elementary and a local service provider during its Aug. 11 meeting. A district representative introduced Blue Ridge Principal Miss Terry and the business owner for a formal signing; Principal Terry thanked the company for volunteering to support the school.
"We are very fortunate with the number of business partners that we have, and, we're definitely gonna use you," Principal Terry said, thanking the volunteers and staff. Board members then invited participants to perform the official signings and take a photograph to mark the partnership.
