Glassport council adopts 2025 salary ordinance, updates Shade Tree Commission and secretary terms

Solicitor Falco Muscante presented the ordinance and council members voted to formalize salary schedules for 2025. The meeting record shows Ordinance 1234, an amendment to Ordinance 920 changing membership and creating the Shade Tree Commission, was adopted in a separate motion that also passed Yes 5, No 0, Absent 2.
In related personnel action, council approved Resolution 1 (dated 1/21/25) establishing the terms and conditions of employment for the borough secretary.
