North Syracuse board approves deputy mayor, CHA contract, hazard plan and multiple appointments

At the meeting the board approved multiple motions: Trustee Fred Wilmer was appointed deputy mayor; CHA's municipal consulting/engineering agreement for fiscal year 26‑27 was approved after legal review; the board adopted Onondaga County's multi‑jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan for 26‑27 as required by the county; and the hiring of a new full‑time deputy clerk/treasurer starting 07/27 was authorized.
