District staff told the board that the Series 8000 NEOLA policies had been placed out for public comment after prior meetings and that no public comments were received. Staff recommended acceptance of the Series 8000 policy set, which includes multiple personnel and operations codes in the 8000 range.
"Series 8,000 policies were placed out for comment... No comments were received, so the recommendation is that the board accept those this evening," staff said. The board moved and, after a voice vote, approved the listed policy numbers.
Board materials show the policy codes included multiple 8000-series entries; staff indicated the posting and comment period followed district procedures. The board recorded the action as part of its unfinished business for the evening.
