Director Bonner: call volume steady; Bonnaroo staffing handled in-house

He told members average response times and other timing metrics remain within normal ranges and that nothing unusual showed up in the data.
Bonner also reviewed the service's deployment at Bonnaroo. "We had 34 transports, three of those were flown out," he said, listing one STEMI, one myocardial infarction, one stroke, one labor-and-delivery case and one ectopic pregnancy among higher-acuity presentations. He added that the authority staffed Bonnaroo entirely with its own crews this year because staffing levels are improved, which simplified coordination.
Board members asked follow-up questions about mutual-aid usage during the event, and Bonner said a few mutual-aid calls were slightly above average and had been traced to employee data-entry errors that were corrected. The board did not take formal action on the report; members noted the next quarterly packet will likely arrive in July.
