Staff provided rough parcel sizes for three connected areas (about 385 sq ft, 300 sq ft and 1,075 sq ft), and members discussed short-term options (topsoil and seed) versus longer-term paving or permeable stone.
The board invited local residents and business owners to participate in future CEC meetings; staff noted planting timelines and potential fall tree plantings as part of the project schedule.
