The board also reviewed lease and tenant status for part of the building: staff showed revenue records indicating $18,442 in rent collected to date this year and described the tenant as a month-to-month holdover. Members discussed the possibility of giving appropriate notice if the board decides to retake the space, and emphasized ensuring any sale or transfer would account for possible environmental liabilities and title conditions.
