Ella also reported she has begun the process for an LCHIP grant and asked permission to book a historic assessor to create a building condition report. The minutes record: "Andra Motions to Allow Ella to Book Mae Williams or another assessor to write and make a report for the building. Wendy 2nd, Motion passed."
