A board member asked whether noncompliance results in account suspension; Chris said managers receive notifications and are responsible for following up, while IT will also notify supervisors of overdue trainings. The board moved and approved the policy by unanimous roll call. Staff will include the training policy in the employee handbook and monitor completion rates.
