Board members agreed to the edit and voted to adopt the revised agenda-posting practice, with staff to implement an approach that balances routine public notice requirements with operational constraints. The board also discussed making elected officials' town email addresses readily available to the public and asked staff to investigate consistent practices for committee/shared inboxes to preserve continuity when chairs change.
