Commissioners encouraged the applicant to consider historically sympathetic details for garage doors (plain carriage/ carriage‑house references), wood or thermally modified siding rather than solely modern products, and clear eave/gutter details. Staff asked the applicant to bring door and window specifications for the COA application.
