A Wright County Sheriff's Office representative provided a briefing and statistics and responded to council questions about neighborhood complaints. The deputy reported: “We had 228 calls for service, 102 cases, 7 probable cause arrests, and 20 citations,” and said they would watch for a recurring vehicle reported along County Road 12.
Council members referenced traffic complaints in the Quail and Ringneck neighborhoods and asked whether vandalism has been an issue; the deputy said there had been no significant vandalism in Montrose and that most recent incidents were in neighboring towns. The deputy agreed to keep an eye out for the vehicle and follow up if contacted by residents.
