He asked the commission to review the city's own documents and, if the accounting treatment is not properly documented, to refer the matter to an independent review.
Brown offered to distribute a package of documents to commissioners and requested staff assistance in collecting the materials. The mayor acknowledged the request and directed Brown to place materials in the meeting box for staff distribution.
