There was a brief scheduling clarification about whether the meeting should start at 6:30 p.m. or 6:45 p.m.; the Chair and others confirmed 6:45 p.m. in the public announcement. The motion was seconded and the Chair announced the motion carried. The committee will reconvene on May 18 at the Civic Auditorium to continue budget review and discussion.
