"For new hires, I'd like to recommend Marcus Green as elementary PE teacher, Devin McGue, elementary paraprofessional, Brandy Stager, elementary permanent substitute, Evelyn Negley, part time paraprofessional," Superintendent Thomas said as he read the personnel list. He also named several coach reassignments and resignations that were included in the consent package.
The personnel recommendations, which also listed Dylan Reed as boys varsity basketball head coach and several assistant-coach appointments, were bundled with the consent items. Chair (Speaker 2) called for a motion; Superintendent Thomas moved the consent approval and the board voted 5–0 to pass the package.
The approvals keep routine administrative items and staffing changes on schedule ahead of the fall semester. The board moved on to several action items after the vote.
