Hays commissioners flag community concerns, vote to enter executive session

Later in the meeting a commissioner moved that the city commission enter an executive session "for a period not to exceed 20 minutes, to include the city commission, city manager, deputy city manager, city attorney to discuss data relating to the financial affairs or trade secrets of corporations, partnerships, trust, and individual"; the motion carried 5-0. The commission returned to open session after the recorded vote to enter the executive session.
