"During my inspection, I had found 2 active violations... once I had pointed them out, they brought them inside during the same inspection," Steve told the commission.
After staff summarized the inspection results, a commissioner made a motion to approve the renewal (ARA 036241). The commission asked no further questions and approved the motion by roll call. The record notes staff verification of proper storage for on‑site waste chemicals (stored in impervious containers) and routine trash/stormwater measures on the property.
The renewal restores the facility’s aquifer registration and records the corrective actions taken at the site; no additional enforcement action was announced at the meeting.
