Following a closed-session performance review under Wisconsin Statute section 19.85(1), the council returned to open session and considered compensation for the city administrator.
Alderman Rick Lemke moved to increase the city administrator’s pay by 4% retroactive to Jan. 1, 2025; the motion was seconded and the council approved the increase in a recorded vote of 9–2. The motion did not change other terms of the administrator’s contract.
The council discussed the motion briefly in open session before voting. The mayor then adjourned the meeting.
