The Hull Zoning Board of Appeals opened a petition filed by The Pointe Nantasket Realty LLC challenging the Planning Board’s denial of site plan review for property on Nantasket Avenue (Map 12, Lots 106–110). Attorney Adam Brodsky appeared for the applicant and confirmed his representation.
Board chair said the council assigned to represent the board of appeals was unable to attend and that, after a conference among counsel, a continuance was appropriate. Planning Board counsel Ryan Wynn told the board the Planning Board had no objection to a continuance. "My client takes no position either for or against the continuance request," attorney Adam Brodsky said.
The chair moved to continue the hearing to Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.; the motion was seconded and approved in a roll‑call vote with Hennessy, Parsons and Malone voting aye. The board listed the continuance formally as the agreed next step so counsel can be present and the parties can present testimony.
