City Manager Toby Dougherty requested an executive session at 4:46 p.m. for a period not to exceed 20 minutes, to include the City Commission, the City Manager, the Deputy City Manager and the City Attorney, "to discuss data relating to the financial affairs or trade secrets of corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individual proprietorships," according to the minutes. Commissioner Sandy Jacobs moved and Commissioner David Vilaysing seconded the motion; the clerk recorded unanimous approval.
The minutes state that no action was taken within the executive session. The meeting reconvened and was adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
