The proposal includes a wall-mounted aluminum wordmark reading "Williams Development Group" composed of individual letters approximately 8 inches high and spanning roughly 10 feet, 7 inches across the gable end, and a freestanding corner sign with a dark-blue panel, white framing, and yellow/white logo elements (panel about 2 feet, 7 inches high; full width including posts about 6 feet, 7 inches). Staff noted the wall letters will be mounted to wood siding rather than brick to minimize impact to historic masonry. Conditions of approval mirror other signage items: removal if the space remains vacant more than 180 days, necessary permits, staff review of minor deviations, and submission of final photo documentation within ten days.
