Residents say amphitheater noise and accountability need more town action

She raised a specific decibel measurement from a concert sound check: "During the Lien 8 show, we had a 113 decibels in our home." Solner also cited the audit released to the committee, saying the amphitheater "accounts for 35% of the town's revenue and 33.5% of the expenses," and questioned whether police overtime, event staff, marketing and other costs were included in that accounting.
The chair (S1) thanked Solner and clarified that the amphitheater was not on the meeting agenda for formal discussion that night, but that the committee was continuing to gather information and appreciated her comments. No formal action on amphitheater policy or noise limits occurred at the meeting; members referenced prior community testimony and indicated residents' concerns should be forwarded to appropriate staff and council discussion.
