She recounted long-term engagement on neighborhood pavement and traffic issues and urged the board to meet more often given the volume of active projects. Staff responded that they will follow up in person and review the design and placement decisions.
Staff also explained a new citywide street-sweeping map and schedule coordinated with the contractor (United Sweeping) and GPS tracking; during peak leaf season the city increased frequency and staff can use GPS screenshots to answer resident inquiries. Staff said they will post the street-sweeping maps on the city website and share them with neighborhood groups.
