Kevin Palmer moved to nominate Graham as chair, Tim Benesh seconded, and the motion carried 9-0. Keri Lopez volunteered as vice chair, a motion seconded by Kevin Palmer that also passed 9-0.
The committee recorded a full attendance of nine voting members for the motions; James Wood was noted as absent. The committee had convened at 5:30 p.m. and established a quorum prior to conducting officer elections. The votes are recorded in the meeting minutes as unanimous (9-0) for both positions.
