Administrators report stable enrollment and strong graduation rate

Superintendent and Elementary Principal Troy Jerome told the board the elementary school enrollment is 147 students and average attendance for the year was 92.23 percent. Jerome reported systemwide DIBELS testing and noted that 141 of 147 elementary students demonstrated growth over the testing period.
Assistant Superintendent and Secondary Principal David Norton reported secondary enrollment at 142 students with average attendance of 88.89 percent. Norton also said this year’s seniors achieved a 100 percent graduation rate and that 94 percent of the current freshman class are on track.
The board recorded these statistics in its June 17 minutes as part of routine administrative reports; no public comments on enrollment or outcomes were recorded.
