"The total amount is $46,365.80. That is all gonna be covered by insurance, with the exception of the deductible," Mr. Brown said regarding the sign repair.
Brown said the contracts are under the $90,000 threshold and have been attorney-reviewed; board members had no questions and moved on to the instructional-services informational items. The board did not take formal approval action on these items during the informational presentation, but the chair confirmed the committee had reviewed them.
