• Parks & Rec and engineering items: Park & Rec Board recommendation to accept the Urban Forestry Management Plan was approved as part of the consent agenda (7–0). Amendment #2 to the JT Engineering contract for the High Cliff Connection Woodlands West segment was approved 7–0.
• Personnel items: Council approved the internal hiring process for City Clerk (interview panel: personnel chair, council president and mayor) and authorized an external hiring process for the City Attorney with an expanded interview panel (motions carried 7–0).
