Council approves $16,985.96 HVAC replacement for council and administrator offices

President Newnam asked staff to seek additional companies for any future maintenance contracts. The council recorded the motion and the Clerk’s report showing the expenditure is filed with the town records; the specific ARPA interest balance used was not specified during the meeting.
