The project includes a roughly 2,800-square-foot Huey Magoo's, a 1,500-square-foot tenant branded as Fizz, and a middle tenant not yet specified; both end units show drive-through stacking at about 14 vehicles. Staff said the developer will provide a shared parking agreement with the adjacent Culver's site to meet parking needs.
Applicant Braden Hancock, who identified himself during the meeting, said he and the team are prepared to begin construction as soon as building permits are approved. "As soon as the building permits are approved," Hancock said, "we are ready to go." Councilwoman Caspersen moved to approve the CUP (CD-26-06); the motion carried 5'0 on the roll call. Staff emphasized shared parking controls and stacking orientation would be finalized during permitting.
