The minutes were approved following a motion by Councilor Sam Maxson and second by Councilor Charlene Louk. Accounts payable were approved after a motion by Councilor Charlene Louk and second by Councilor Rick Lafferty. The Bearing Advisors item passed by unanimous roll call with Councilor Shawn Spurlock as mover and Councilor Sam Maxson as seconder. The meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m.
