Councilor Charlene Louk moved that the council adjourn into executive session pursuant to Chapter 6, Article 9A, Section 4 of the West Virginia Code to discuss personnel matters, the sale/lease/purchase of property, economic development competitive issues and to confer with legal counsel. The motion was seconded by Councilor Karen Phillips and passed unanimously. The executive session began at 7:37 p.m.
