The Chub Run Sewer Extension contractor was scheduled to begin around Nov. 1 but the engineer anticipated a likely delay to the end of the year. For the Phase IV Sewer Project the report said the town is awaiting Public Service Commission (PSC) and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) approvals to connect to the Sandy's Hardware station. The update was provided via a written engineer's report; no motions or votes were taken on these items during the meeting.
