River Ridge board approves minutes, financial reports and several procedural motions

At its Aug. 27 meeting the River Ridge Board handled multiple procedural and administrative items. The Board approved edits to the July 23, 2024 meeting minutes (adding a Zoom notation for Mr. Pires, inserting names, and correcting misspellings) on a motion by Mr. Twombly, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, with all in favor.
Mrs. Adams discussed ongoing accounting work to reconcile 2022A and 2022B Notes and indicated she will update the financial report to include an MRI Construction proposal to block one end of a drainage pipe. Earlier in the meeting the Board also unanimously approved an agenda amendment to move the Premier Lakes item up in the order and authorized Chair Bob Schultz to attend and participate by telephone due to exceptional circumstances; those motions were passed on unanimous votes.
