Board approves template grant of drainage easement from PSGRC to RRCDD

District counsel’s draft template for a Grant of Easement from PSGRC to RRCDD for drainage purposes was approved as a repeatable agenda item process; site‑specific sketches and legal descriptions will be added when individual easements return for board consideration.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a drafted template for a Proposed Grant of Easement to allow PSGRC to grant drainage easements to the River Ridge CDD. Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs discussed requesting a blanket drainage easement and whether a sketch/legal description will be required each time the template is used.
The consensus was that the template can be added to future agendas with a specific sketch and legal description for each instance when presented for approval. Resident Mike Rainstin noted that, to date, no physical work had commenced in a listed phase; staff said the area needs to dry before work can begin and that updates will be provided.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, "with all in favor," the Board approved the Proposed Grant of Easement for Drainage from the PSGRC to RRCDD.
