Board members asked staff to confirm what date had been published in the newspaper and on the calendar so public notice requirements are met. One member recalled the calendar published in January listed the 17th and said they would check the paper; another suggested the board could advertise a special meeting if needed. The board emphasized it would provide notice to the public if dates shift.
