River Ridge board adopts special assessments roll for FY 2024/25

At the Aug. 27 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District held a public hearing on Resolution 2024‑08, which certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of special assessments for FY 2024/25.
District Counsel recommended opening the public hearing. No property owners spoke. The Board voted to amend the resolution by deleting references to “Exhibit B” on Page 2 and throughout the document, then adopted Resolution 2024‑08 as amended on a unanimous vote. The resolution includes standard provisions for certification of the assessment roll, collection and enforcement mechanisms, and a severability clause.
Board members also discussed compliance matters and the need for required ethics and financial disclosure trainings; staff will coordinate the posting and any required notices following adoption.
