Board adopts Resolution 2025‑01 to elect officers, removes prior appointee

At the Oct. 22 meeting, Mrs. Adams presented Resolution 2025‑01 to elect and remove officers of the district. Mr. Blumenthal nominated a slate that placed Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair and named Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and newly appointed Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries.
The resolution also removes James Gilman as an Assistant Secretary from the Board roster and confirmed prior appointments that remain in place, including Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford, the Board adopted Resolution 2025‑01 "with all in favor."
The resolution reorganizes administrative officer roles ahead of upcoming fiscal and project work; staff will reflect the changes in official records and public filings.
