"We have a wonderful working relationship with you all, and we look forward to continuing that," Alisa Dunlap, Pacific Power regional manager, said after Reid introduced the ordinance and the prior workshop discussion.
The ordinance was presented as a first reading with no substantial changes from the prior workshop; council moved and seconded the first presentation and approved it to proceed to the next reading. Staff indicated the matter will return for final consideration at a subsequent meeting as part of the ordinance presentation process.
