Jered Reid and City Manager Steve Forrester introduced Ordinance No. 1307, a first presentation to grant an electric utility franchise and general utility easement to Pacificorp. Alisha Dunlap, Pacificorp’s Regional Area Director, was available online and complimented city staff collaboration.
Councilor Scott Smith moved to approve the first presentation of Ordinance No. 1307; the motion was seconded and the council carried it with no questions recorded in the meeting brief. The ordinance will return for subsequent readings as required by ordinance procedure.
