A commissioner requested a correction to the minutes (clarifying a remark on page 19 pertained to Christmas lights rather than the football team). With that correction noted, a motion to approve the consent agenda as amended was moved, seconded and passed by voice vote. The meeting transcript records the items presented and the commission’s approval; no roll call tally was recorded in the public record at this meeting.
