Aileen Tulloch moved the motion, Peg Alden seconded and Karen Astley was invited into the session; the board entered executive session at 7:10 p.m. and exited at 7:52 p.m.
After the executive session the board confirmed upcoming meeting dates for continuing budget discussions, including a special meeting on Nov. 19, 2025, another on Dec. 3, 2025, and a tentative Dec. 17 meeting. Fletcher Proctor moved to adjourn at 7:26 p.m.; Peg Alden seconded and the motion passed.
