The Town of Proctor Selectboard reviewed and approved four applications to the Mortimer Proctor Memorial (MRP) Fund on Jan. 13, 2025. The board approved awards as submitted, with adjustments: Skating Rink — $50,000; Our Yard — $9,000; Town Office — $6,500; Fire Department — $7,545. The rink managers will meet with the Town Manager to obtain quotes and finalize changes; the Town Manager will write a letter of support to the MRP board.
The board reviewed applications in public session and made minor deletions and adjustments before voting. The Selectboard voted unanimously to approve the adjusted applications.
