During the consent and action items the board approved accounts payable in the General Fund totaling $363,957.13 across three check dates (5/19/2026 - $101,122.58; 6/2/2026 - $127,230.64; 6/16/2026 - $135,603.91) and Sinking Fund disbursements of $131,674.15 (6/2/2026 - $131,631.31; 6/16/2026 - $42.84). Those payments were included in the consent agenda the board approved unanimously.
The board accepted a resolution to amend the 2025-2026 General Fund, Daycare, Food Service and School Activities budgets (Yes: 5 No: 0). It then voted to adopt the 2026-2027 General Fund Budget, Day Care Budget, the Food Service Budget and the School Activities Budget on a 5-0 vote (Musselman/Bisson). The motions were recorded in the minutes by roll-call-style entries showing agreement by the five attending board members.
Board members said the Finance Committee had recently reviewed the district budgets in advance of the meeting and the Policy Committee is scheduled to review NEOLA policy updates that could appear on the July board agenda. No new tax levies, millage rates or specific line-item dollar changes beyond the accounts payable and sinking fund amounts were recorded in the minutes.
The meeting minutes show the board handled the budget and finance work as the main formal business of the evening; no public objections or subsidiary amendments were recorded during the session. The board adjourned at 4:57 p.m.
