Vice President and General Counsel Kristi Carman reported to the Audit and Compliance Committee that the Institutional Research Tableau Dashboards material (TAB #5) is exempt from public disclosure under section 1004.055, Florida Statutes, and that the committee would vote on the item without discussion.
"The information related to Tab #5 was exempt from disclosure under section 1004.055, Florida Statutes; as such, a vote would be taken with no discussion on the item," Carman said. Trustee Leo Montgomery moved to approve the Institutional Research Tableau Dashboards Audit; Trustee Peter Sulick seconded. The committee voted unanimously in favor.
The committee recorded the approval and will include the item in its packet recommending acceptance by the full Board on Jan. 13.
