Anderson reported that moving five employees from the Network Blue plan to the Select Blue-only option yielded an annual city savings of $4,418.52. Council set the monthly individual health insurance stipend at the Select Blue premium rate of $724.26 (motion by Kyle Phillips, seconded by Matthew Carr; unanimous roll call).
